Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We will always provide tracking once your order ships so you can monitor your package in transit.
Order Tracking
Every CortiMute Nightly order ships with tracking.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@cortimutenightly.com with your order number.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
CortiMute Nightly is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@cortimutenightly.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at support@cortimutenightly.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will promptly resolve the issue by either reshipping your order or issuing a full refund — whichever you prefer.
For international orders, please allow the full estimated delivery window plus 5 additional business days before reporting a shipment as lost, as customs processing can occasionally cause delays.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at customs, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused because customs fees were not paid, or returned for any other reason within the customer’s control, we will contact you to arrange next steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping, especially for international orders.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable on refused or undeliverable packages.
